Pre-Orders
Some items are very popular and limited in quantities; these popular items could be hard to find after being released. You can reserve an item by placing a pre-order and secure it at its pre-order price. Although unlikely, if by any chance the manufacturer is unable to fulfill our orders or cancels the production, the entire amount you have paid will be refunded.
Please note: It is recommended NOT to place pre-orders in the same order with any in-stock item.
The pre-order deadline is set by the manufacturer, and orders placed before this deadline are generally guaranteed. If the pre-order remains open after the deadline, you are still welcome to place a pre-order, but please note that it will be considered tentative and not guaranteed.
While we often order additional quantities from suppliers to accommodate pre-orders placed after the deadline, there is no guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all such orders. If we do not receive sufficient stock to cover your order, your pre-order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
You can choose between two payment options when placing your pre-order:
- Full Payment: Pay the entire amount upfront before the pre-order deadline to receive the 10% "Early Bee" discount. This discount is only available for orders paid in full before the deadline, and your payment will include a non-refundable 20% deposit.
- 20% Deposit: Pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the item's regular price when placing your pre-order. The remaining balance will be due when the item is ready to ship.
Refund Policy: The 20% deposit is only refundable if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer cancellations or stock issues.
Shipping: Shipping charges are applied only when the order is ready to ship. You will receive a notification email with instructions to confirm your shipping address and pay the remaining balance, if applicable. Your order will ship once the full payment is received.
Payment Deadline: If the remaining balance is not paid within six months of receiving the notification email, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order. In this case, the 20% deposit will serve as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order anytime before the item is shipped by emailing us. Please note that the 20% deposit paid at the time of pre-order will act as the cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, simply contact us to confirm that you are aware of this policy and would like to move forward with the cancellation.
In cases where we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer cancellations or insufficient stock, we will issue a full refund, including any deposits paid.
Yes, if we cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund, regardless of whether it was placed before or after the pre-order (PO) deadline.
The release date of an item is an estimated distribution date provided by the manufacturer or suppliers. Delays can occur, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a notification email to:
- Confirm your shipping address
- Pay for shipping fees and any remaining balance
Please note: The release dates for imported collectibles in North America are typically 2 to 3 months behind Asia release dates.
No, we do not require a shipping address when placing a pre-order. When your pre-order arrives and is ready to ship, we will notify you via email. At that point, you can provide your most current shipping address, and we will proceed with shipping your order.
This process ensures your order is sent to the correct location, whether you're moving or don't have a confirmed shipping address at the time of pre-ordering.
