Pre-Orders
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve popular and limited-quantity items in advance, securing them at the pre-order price. In the rare event that a manufacturer cannot fulfill our orders or cancels production, we will refund the entire amount you've paid.
The pre-order deadline is set by the manufacturer, and orders placed before this date are generally guaranteed. If the pre-order remains open after the deadline, you can still place an order, but it will be considered tentative and not guaranteed. While we often order additional quantities to accommodate late pre-orders, fulfillment cannot be assured. If we do not receive sufficient stock to cover your order, your pre-order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
You can choose between two payment options when placing your pre-order:
- Full Payment: Pay the entire amount upfront before the pre-order deadline to receive a 10% “Early Bee” discount. This discount is only available for orders paid in full before the deadline, and your payment will include a non-refundable 20% deposit.
- 20% Deposit: Pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the item’s regular price when placing your pre-order. The remaining balance will be due when the item is ready to ship.
Shipping charges are applied only when the order is ready to ship. You will receive a notification email with instructions to confirm your shipping address and pay the remaining balance, if applicable. Your order will ship once the full payment is received.
If the remaining balance is not paid within six months of receiving the notification email, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order. In this case, the 20% deposit will serve as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order anytime before the item is shipped by emailing us. Please note that the 20% deposit paid at the time of pre-order will act as the cancellation fee and will not be refunded. If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, simply contact us to confirm that you are aware of this policy and would like to move forward with the cancellation.
In cases where we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer cancellations or insufficient stock, we will issue a full refund, including any deposits paid.
The release date of an item is an estimated distribution date provided by the manufacturer or suppliers. Delays can occur, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a notification email to:
- Confirm your shipping address
- Pay for shipping fees and any remaining balance
Please note: The release dates for imported collectibles in North America are typically 2 to 3 months behind Asia release dates.
No, we do not require a shipping address when placing a pre-order. When your pre-order arrives and is ready to ship, we will notify you via email. At that point, you can provide your most current shipping address, and we will proceed with shipping your order.
This process ensures your order is sent to the correct location, whether you’re moving or don’t have a confirmed shipping address at the time of pre-ordering.
Each pre-order is processed individually, even if multiple items are placed in a single order. Upon arrival at our store, each item is automatically stored in your Private Warehouse, and you’ll receive a notification email for each item as it becomes available. This allows you to manage shipping and storage preferences for each item separately.
Upon receiving an arrival notification, you have the following options:
- Ship/Pick Up Now: Confirm or update your shipping address, pay any remaining balance, and choose to have your item shipped to you or opt for in-store pickup.
- Store in Private Warehouse: If you prefer to wait and combine this item with future arrivals to save on shipping costs, you can store the item in your Private Warehouse for up to 60 days at no additional charge.
Our Private Warehouse allows you to store items for up to 60 days free of charge, enabling you to combine multiple orders into one shipment and save on shipping fees. After 60 days, a storage fee may apply if the items are not shipped or picked up. If the items remain in storage beyond an extended period (as detailed in our Private Warehouse policy), we reserve the right to cancel your order.
