Q: How does the Rewards Program work?

You will receive 5 Bee Points for every $1 Spent.

On February 5th, 2021, we introduced our Bee Points Rewards Program. Orders placed after this date will receive Bee Points based on dollars spent before taxes and shipping. 

While shopping our site you will be able to check your points balance at any time by clicking on the orange "REWARDS" button in the bottom right of the page.


Q: What are the ways to earn Bee Points?

Place an order: 5 Bee Points for every $1 spent

Sign Up Bonus: 250 Bee Points

Like on Facebook: 200 Bee Points

Follow on Twitter: 200 Bee Points

Sharing Bonus: Share a review, video or post online on a figure purchased from us and send us the link.

Refer your friends: Introduce friends to Hobby Bee by giving them a $5 off $100 coupon. If they make a purchase, you will receive 500 Bee Points.

In order to receive Bee Points, you must first have an account with Hobby Bee.


Q: What are the ways to redeem the Bee Points?

Bee Points can be redeemed to get coupon codes.

1000 Bee Points = $10 off coupon

4800 Bee Points = $50 off coupon

9200 Bee Points = $100 off coupon

The maximum amount of Bee Points that can be used towards an order is $100.

Bee Points are not redeemable for cash, nor are they transferrable. 


Q: Do Bee Points expire?

Bee Points have no expiration date.

However, we may withdraw Bee Points from customer accounts if they were deposited in error, and may revoke all Points in a customer's account if the customer abuses the Program, including but not limited to abuse of the Bee Point redemption process.


Q: What happens to my Bee Points if my order is cancelled?

Orders that are refunded, or cancelled do not count toward points earned and will be adjusted after the refund, so you may receive a notice of points earned that will not be correct after the refund, partial refund or cancellation takes place.


Q: I did not receive my Bee Points, what should I do?
