Q: How does the Rewards Program work?
For every $1 spent (before taxes and shipping), you’ll earn 5 Bee Points. You can check your points balance anytime by clicking the orange "REWARDS" button at the bottom-right corner of the page when logged into your account.
Q: How can I earn Bee Points?
- Place an order: Earn 5 Bee Points for every $1 spent (before tax).
- Follow us on Instagram: Earn 200 Bee Points.
To earn Bee Points, you must have an account with Hobby Bee.
Q: How can I redeem Bee Points?
Bee Points can be redeemed for coupons:
- 1000 Bee Points: $10 off coupon
- 4800 Bee Points: $50 off coupon
- 9200 Bee Points: $100 off coupon
The maximum amount of Bee Points that can be applied to a single order is $100. Bee Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.
Q: Do Bee Points expire?
Bee Points do not expire. However, we may remove points from accounts if they were added in error or revoke points if there is any abuse of the Rewards Program, including improper redemption.
Q: When can I use my Bee Points?
Bee Points can be redeemed for coupons at any time and applied to new purchases only. They cannot be used to pay off existing balances. Bee Points can also be used at our physical store—just ask our staff at checkout. You don’t need to redeem coupons in advance for in-store purchases.
Q: What happens to my Bee Points if my order is canceled?
If an order is refunded or canceled, the associated points will be deducted from your account. You might receive an incorrect notice about points earned after a refund, partial refund, or cancellation, but this will be adjusted.
Q: Can I combine or transfer Bee Points between accounts?
No, Bee Points cannot be combined or transferred between accounts. Each account’s points are non-transferable and must be redeemed independently.
Q: I didn’t receive my Bee Points. What should I do?
