Q: How does the Rewards Program work?
You will receive 5 Bee Points for every $1 spent before taxes and shipping.
While shopping our site with your logged in account, you will be able to check your points balance at any time by clicking on the orange "REWARDS" button at the bottom-right corner of the page.
Q: What are the ways to earn Bee Points?
Place an order: 5 Bee Points for every $1 spent (before tax)
Follow on Instagram: 200 Bee Points
In order to receive Bee Points, you must first have an account with Hobby Bee.
Q: What are the ways to redeem the Bee Points?
Bee Points can be redeemed to get coupon codes.
1000 Bee Points = $10 off coupon
4800 Bee Points = $50 off coupon
9200 Bee Points = $100 off coupon
The maximum amount of Bee Points that can be used towards an order is $100.
Bee Points are not redeemable for cash, nor are they transferrable.
Q: Do Bee Points expire?
Bee Points have no expiration date.
However, we may withdraw Bee Points from customer accounts if they were deposited in error, and may revoke all Points in a customer's account if the customer abuses the Program, including but not limited to abuse of the Bee Point redemption process.
Q: When can I use my Bee Points?
Bee Points can be redeemed for coupons at any time. However, these coupons can only be applied to new purchases. They cannot be used to pay off balances of existing purchases.
The Bee Points can also be used at our physical store. Our staff can help you with your Bee Points at checkout. You do not need to redeem coupons for in-store purchases.
Q: What happens to my Bee Points if my order is cancelled?
Orders that are refunded, or cancelled do not count toward points earned and will be adjusted after the refund.
You may receive a notice of points earned that is incorrect after the refund, partial refund or when a cancellation takes place.
Q: I did not receive my Bee Points, what should I do?
If you believe that you are missing Bee Points for an order you placed, please contact us at info@hobby-bee.com.
