Where do you ship from?

Full Payment: &nbsp;Pay the entire amount upfront&nbsp; before the pre-order deadline &nbsp;to receive the 10% \"Early Bee\" discount. This discount is only available for orders paid in full before the deadline, and your payment will include a non-refundable 20% deposit.
20% Deposit: &nbsp;Pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the item's regular price when placing your pre-order. The remaining balance will be due when the item is ready to ship.

All orders are shipped from our store in Vancouver, BC, Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged at delivery.

What is the shipping cost and when do I pay?

Shipping is $14.99 CAD within Canada and the continental U.S. For pre-orders, shipping is invoiced separately once the items arrive at our store.

Can I pick up my online orders in-store to avoid shipping fees?

Yes. Select “Pickup” during checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready—usually within 24 hours.

How does the Private Warehouse work?

Our Private Warehouse lets you store items for free (60–90 days) and combine them into one shipment to save on shipping fees. Select the Private Warehouse option during checkout.
