Backorders
A backorder means the item is currently not in stock but is still available for purchase. The full item price is paid at the time of order. Shipping is paid later, when the item arrives at our store and is ready for delivery, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Items eligible for backorder will have [Backorder] in the product name and an active blue Backorder button on the product page.
Backorders typically arrive at our store within 5 to 10 business days after the order is placed. Once the item arrives, we will send you an arrival notification email. At that point, you can:
- Provide your shipping information and pay for shipping
- Choose free in-store pickup
Yes. You may cancel your backorder anytime before it is shipped or picked up. A 20% cancellation fee will be applied based on the item price.
Yes. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship everything together once the backorder arrives.
If you prefer to receive in-stock items right away and the backorder later, please place them in separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping.
Most backorders are fulfilled successfully. If we are unable to fulfill your backorder for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
