Private Warehouse is a convenient option if you prefer to combine your orders and save on shipping fees.
If you would like to store your cart item(s) in the Private Warehouse, please add this option to your cart. Each item will receive 60 days of free storage (90 days for Gold tier members).
While your items are stored, you may wait for upcoming pre-orders to arrive or place additional in-stock orders. Whenever a new item arrives in your Private Warehouse, you will receive a notification email with an updated list of what is currently stored. Items may remain in storage for up to six months; after that period, unshipped items may be cancelled.
Private Warehouse items that are ready for shipment can be found in your order profile. Simply go to My Account, locate the invoice containing the items you want to ship, and click Ship Now to proceed with shipping (or choose Store Pickup if preferred).
A storage fee of $2/month per item will incur after the 60-day free storage period.
