Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our store in Vancouver, BC, Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged at delivery.

What is the shipping cost and when do I pay?

Shipping is $14.99 CAD within Canada and the continental U.S. For pre-orders, shipping is invoiced separately once the items arrive at our store.

Can I pick up my online orders in-store to avoid shipping fees?

Yes. Select “Pickup” during checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready—usually within 24 hours.

Why should I pre-order an item?

Pre-ordering secures your item before release, especially for popular or limited products. You’ll also receive a 10% Early Bee Discount if you pay in full before the pre-order deadline.

How does the Private Warehouse work?

Our Private Warehouse lets you store items for free (60–90 days) and combine them into one shipment to save on shipping fees. Select the Private Warehouse option during checkout.

The newest addition to Kotobukiya's Hexa Gear line is the fox-like Weird Tails! The three "Speared Rowers" can be removed or equipped, or use accessories such as the separately sold Playing Base or Flying Base in order to simulate the Rowers being remotely operated. The Speared Rowers' base and blade can be adjusted to display the weapon in "Plasma Veil Deploy Mode" and "Independent Attack Form." A high-detailed cockpit included in this model can be opened and closed, allowing a separately sold Governor unit to be placed inside, plus, the HEXA G-R.A.M storage units can be removed and displayed in a Governor's hand. The model can be converted between the combat-based "Zoatex Mode" or the cruising-based "Air Bike Mode," and parts of the armor can be disassembled and used in other Hexa Gear models. Can be attached to various Flying Base (sold separately) to enjoy countless action poses.
