Frame Arms Girl Wilber Nine is based on the Frame Arms model of the same name designed by Kotobukiya sculptor Katsuhiko Hori and transformed into an original female character illustrated by E-ji Komatsu.

・The bike can transform and be equipped to the model for armed mode.
・The bike can be ridden in standard driving mode or transform into attack mode with deployable Finger Machetes.
・Includes large tires for bike mode and small tires for armed mode. The small tires can also be used with bike mode.
・The bike can be parked with the included interchangeable deployable stand.
・Includes Finger Machetes and two Plate Derringer pistols for each hand.
・The signature Finger Machetes can attach to the arms and can be flexibly posed thanks to double-jointed articulation, allowing for a diverse range of poses.
・The included round base can be used with both armed mode and bike mode (small and large tires).
・Includes three pre-painted face parts: Default, smirking, and injured.
・Includes five sets of PVC hand parts.
・Includes decals for the eyes.
・The PVC hands are compatible with existing weapons from the M.S.G and Frame Arms series.
・The model is equipped with 3mm connection points for the joints, making it customizable with existing M.S.G, Frame Arms, Megami Device, Hexa Gear, Sousai Shojo Teien, and Arcanadea series parts.
