Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our store in Vancouver, BC, Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged at delivery.

What is the shipping cost and when do I pay?

Shipping is $14.99 CAD within Canada and the continental U.S. For pre-orders, shipping is invoiced separately once the items arrive at our store.

Can I pick up my online orders in-store to avoid shipping fees?

Yes. Select “Pickup” during checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready—usually within 24 hours.

Why should I pre-order an item?

Pre-ordering secures your item before release, especially for popular or limited products. You’ll also receive a 10% Early Bee Discount if you pay in full before the pre-order deadline.

How does the Private Warehouse work?

Our Private Warehouse lets you store items for free (60–90 days) and combine them into one shipment to save on shipping fees. Select the Private Warehouse option during checkout.

The grand prize-winning entry from the Hatsune Miku × GSC Illustration Contest has been turned into a scale figure!

With the theme "Smile x Future," the Hatsune Miku drawn by Okada for the first round of the Hatsune Miku × GSC Illustration Contest has been turned into a 1/7 scale figure. Steps such as the use of translucent parts were taken to carefully recreate the delicate hues of the original illustration. Down to each and every one of the various tools strapped to her kimono, the figure is packed with visual highlights.
