Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our store in Vancouver, BC, Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged at delivery.

What is the shipping cost and when do I pay?

Shipping is $14.99 CAD within Canada and the continental U.S. For pre-orders, shipping is invoiced separately once the items arrive at our store.

Can I pick up my online orders in-store to avoid shipping fees?

Yes. Select “Pickup” during checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready—usually within 24 hours.

Why should I pre-order an item?

Pre-ordering secures your item before release, especially for popular or limited products. You’ll also receive a 10% Early Bee Discount if you pay in full before the pre-order deadline.

How does the Private Warehouse work?

Our Private Warehouse lets you store items for free (60–90 days) and combine them into one shipment to save on shipping fees. Select the Private Warehouse option during checkout.

From the popular smartphone game "Fate/Grand Order" comes a scale figure of Ruler/Sherlock Holmes. The figure is based on the jacket illustration of the FGO Original Soundtrack II. The figure features Sherlock holding out a teacup with a gentle smile on his face, as though showing appreciation for his master's hard work.

His neatly groomed appearance, gentlemanly shirt and trousers, corset and magnifying glass arms created with hard-textured paintwork have all been carefully captured in figure form with detailed sculpting and paintwork to clearly represent the differences between each material.
