Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our store in Vancouver, BC, Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged at delivery.

What is the shipping cost and when do I pay?

Shipping is $14.99 CAD within Canada and the continental U.S. For pre-orders, shipping is invoiced separately once the items arrive at our store.

Can I pick up my online orders in-store to avoid shipping fees?

Yes. Select “Pickup” during checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready—usually within 24 hours.

Why should I pre-order an item?

Pre-ordering secures your item before release, especially for popular or limited products. You’ll also receive a 10% Early Bee Discount if you pay in full before the pre-order deadline.

How does the Private Warehouse work?

Our Private Warehouse lets you store items for free (60–90 days) and combine them into one shipment to save on shipping fees. Select the Private Warehouse option during checkout.

From the popular game "Blue Archive" comes a 1/7 scale figure of Kazusa, a Trinity General School student and member of the After-School Sweets Club, in her band outfit! Visual highlights include the sculpting of Kazusa's slender arms and legs, the texture of her black mask and T-shirt, as well as the various shades of black used throughout the figure, making the figure impressive when viewed from all angles. Kazusa's bass, an integral part of her band outfit, has been carefully recreated in figure form, with each string sculpted individually.
