Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our store in Vancouver, BC, Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged at delivery.

What is the shipping cost and when do I pay?

Shipping is $14.99 CAD within Canada and the continental U.S. For pre-orders, shipping is invoiced separately once the items arrive at our store.

Can I pick up my online orders in-store to avoid shipping fees?

Yes. Select “Pickup” during checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready—usually within 24 hours.

Why should I pre-order an item?

Pre-ordering secures your item before release, especially for popular or limited products. You’ll also receive a 10% Early Bee Discount if you pay in full before the pre-order deadline.

How does the Private Warehouse work?

Our Private Warehouse lets you store items for free (60–90 days) and combine them into one shipment to save on shipping fees. Select the Private Warehouse option during checkout.

From the fantasy novel "Wares 1092" comes the first plastic model of Niki Vashmarl!

· The model stands at approx. 150mm in height and its joints are fully articulated.
· Includes interchangeable hand parts, El Mute, a long staff and a three-section staff (collapsed state). The three-section staff holder on the right shoulder can be removed from the armor.
· The interchangeable hand parts can be attached to the waist.
· Grip parts for El Mute in sheathed and unsheathed versions are included. Grip parts can be attached or removed from the sheath on the back.
· The details of the sash on the waist can be recreated using the included water-slide decals.
· The various parts of the mecha have been separated into different colored runners, pre-painted parts and decals, making it easy to recreate the mecha with a simple assembly.
